27. I don't think the murdaughs were involved. I am glad that light has been brought to Stephen Smiths case let's hope we get answers. In my opinion if someone did hit Stephen with a car and failed to render aid or call authorities then it's still murder.

I cannot see any use of re-examining an 8 year old potential crime scene that was not preserved. Now, the new autopsy could speak volumes. 44. The officer who was first on the scene said he did not think he was hit by a car. He said no way that was what happened to this kid.

46. So the mother of this young man had to raise funds herself to have her sons 2nd autopsy done, how inhumane of the authorities to not just do it after the trial of Murtagh.
