The story can't be debunked until its officially known what the truth is. Saying its debunked makes it sound as though it was vetted and confirmed. It isn't debunked as of yet.
No one believes the owner; for good reason. We saw the same thing in the Brian Laundrie case with the Merry Piglets restaurant manager in Jackson Hole, Wyoming.

Maybe the murderer is the person reporting false information.
The crimes of the Gainesville Ripper who killed 5 students in 1990, a person will never know if it's somehow connected because seeing that he was studying for his Ph.D. in criminology , maybe just a coincidence or not, we will never know
There has been enough speculation on social media about the post, the suspect, and the murder victims. As the owner of that restaurant said someone is seeking five minutes of fame. Let the authorities do their investigation and get the proper answer. not some too bit hucksters I’m YouTube or on Facebook or even Twitter. Please respect the privacy of those families who have lost their children. Keep in mind that I suspect it’s always considered innocent. Until proven guilty in a court of law.
Unfortunately, even though we all want to know the truth about these “rumorsâ€â€¦ we are just going to have to wait until trial to get real information and answers (that’s if BK pleads not guilty) if he pleads guilty… we may never know most of these things.
I work in food service 30+ years. I can not tell you if a single guy came in twice or as many as 10 times if i am really busy and esp if the interaction is uneventful. A manager is gonna know even less. Most mangers are checking on every part of the store. Servers are the ones mainly interacting with guests. Managers walk around to make sure guests experience and food is ok. If this place was advertised as vegan such as Bryans diet and 2 of his alleged victims worked there i bet it is actually true he was there getting food. He could have very likely seen any of the roommates there and overheard house party plans, sororities they were a member of etc…enough to get a location to find them along with the fact he had messaged one online and followed on instagram. Xana on a name tag is a very unusual name. He may have been mistreated in his mind by them as a "bad or rude server" esp if he was so crazy abnormal about how he wanted things prepared. I know when myself or coworkers get an unusually odd table we joke, roll our eyes. If he overheard them making fun of him maybe that set him off. Maybe he hooked up with Kaylee once or tried since she was newly single. I think Bryan has fought his inner demons most of his life. I am so glad he was a sloppy criminal. Between the sheath, cell phone pings around the house for weeks prior, and cameras in the area LE knew he was the one pretty quick. Who in thier right mind thinks in this day and age they can get away with murder with all the advances in dna, cellphones, cameras, plate readers. I feel like he would have continued if he had been lucky like Ricky Allen not jailed for 5 years. BK is definitely a very unattractive man. And i bet he is awkward socially with females. This should be a perfect example of not having a party house, being aware of your surroundings, have sliding glass door safety locks, always lock up, invest in some inexpensive cameras for home. I use wyze. They are great to see what's going on in and outside of your home. If these kids had them maybe he wouldn't have came in. The whole thing is senseless and sad. I wonder what his family and friends think.

For a business to deny that he was never there…ever. Is quite the claim to make. Everyone with in a 60 mile radius has been to that restaurant! Ryan living close to Moscow has no doubt been there at least once. I’d imagine the owner of this restaurant just doesn’t want to be a part of this drama but it shouldn’t matter, truth is what matters. Shame on her.

Sounds to me like he was desperate, trying to get with one of the girls, and when he felt rejected that jealousy turned to anger and hate, it's wild how quick someone's life can be turned upside down like this over the simplest thing as being seen by someone else in public

Apparently the owner of the restaurant has a long long history of unscrupulous business practices dating back to the mid 90's..
Whatever reporter stated this should be dealt with. This is merely a game of telephone. Of all outlets, People Magazine should know better and fully vet all their sources!
This story has not been debunked! I don't know how the owner could possibly know that a certain individual never came into their restaurant. And if the former employee is just seeking their "5 minutes of fame", how come nobody knows who it is? How come the People reporter won't give out his source? It's kind of hard to get your 5 minutes of fame if nobody knows who you are.
How do you know every single person that has been inside your restaurant???

She said he wasn't there. Someone else said he was. I wouldn't call that being debunked. I'd call it conflicting accounts. Lying to the press is not a crime.
