Idaho Murders Victim Xana Kernodle Handles Police at King Road Home

Bodycam footage shows Idaho student murders victim Xana Kernodle speaking to Moscow police about a noise complaint in the early hours of September 2. Kernodle was one of four University of Idaho students murdered in their college home on November 13. The Moscow Police Department said this was the second noise complaint call they received about the King Road home that night and that the incident is unrelated to the ongoing student murders investigation.

  1. They didn’t deserve it. They weren’t evil like some of the people in these comments. Their lives mattered as much as every human. No contempt people have against them is justified when they don’t get to live to mature and learn from common mistakes in their youth. Judging them is cruel. You aren’t their grieving parents. If they could’ve prevented it they would have.

  2. kohberger did not just decide oh, let's kill 4 people, they must have given him a reason to hate them, of course it is not right what he did, but i don't think they are so innocent

  3. She was clearly intoxicated and admitted being under 21. States she was going to bed…with that loud music playing?
She was polite, but there were so many micro-lies here too.
They were college students who knew how to circumvent the law already. 2 noise complaints in hours and the police let her off because she wasn't the same person they talked to earlier. So they know that if a different person answers the door and claims that noone else is home, that they will not get a ticket or a charge.

  4. Wait so they had multiple complaints in a college town makes me wonder if the guy keeps on calling the cops on them to see how long would the cops responds

  5. So surreal to know she is gone forever. No doubt BK was watching this house for weeks and probably entered into it many times befriending the dog. So scary. So sad.

  6. Seems like security was not a priority in that house. Doors left open and strangers walking in, even when none of the residents are home. Sounds wild, but unfortunately, it comes with consequences. If their house was secured sand doors were locked at night, it would most likely saved their lives.

  7. seriously — we need to bring back cruel an inhumane punishments when we have open/shut cases on SMFs that destroy this many lives — and it needs to be quick —– no judge in the world would find him innocent — so why does it take 3 years? how about amputating a few pounds every 3 months — let him choose what part he wants cut
