   Just go back in time and study all the other seriel killers to understand why these type of people do what they do. Obsession, Rage, Anger is the main causes that causes people like Bundy, Dahmer, Koeberger do what they do. Kohberger wanted to murder 2 beautiful girls but ended up killing 3 plus a guy. And he has stalked them for sometime before he decided to attack them. Now take that plus the rejections from other women… The hate towards women in his past that fueled this "Rage and Anger". The "obsession" was seeing these women and seeing how happy they were, out going and just living their lives that he wanted to take away from them.

    We know why!!! They were bouncy and silly and popular and he never ever had any joy. They epitomised everything he never could be. It is just unfortunate, to say the least, that they got carried away with alcohol which meant they were never fully aware of what was going on around them. They left the effing door unlocked.

    Looks like he is hiding so many secrets….
    May be he was just stalking students….but the murders of grown college going independent women in multi storey building, can't be one man job. Certainly there are others involved.

    Secondly if this guy was psycho or was under influence of some drug or medications…..he would have murdered all residents.

    How come two were untouched, when rest were brutally stabbed n murdered???
    Then how come, the survivors were silent n quiet for hours n hours, before calling Police n Emergency???? It's OK that crime took place at 4 am, n then the surviving girls were terrified…..but after sunrise, either they could have checked their house mates or would have called police in early morning hours.
    Why they called Police in noon???
    Why convict didn't plead guilty n decided not to speak or contest anything…..

    I suppose there are many many threads in this story. Few more people are involved in this crime n perhaps target was Kaylee n her friend. But when Xana witnesses the crime n murderer, she too was eliminated in her room, coz she came rushing to her room.

    Kaylee's ex boyfriend n his team of friends must be thoroughly investigated…..as murderer was v sure of Kaylee's room on upper floor n he briskly went upstairs to kill her n her best friend first.

    So, this crime wasn't an act of random stance.
    It was meticulously planned before hand. So, when Kaylee landed over weekend to meet her friend,…..it was best opportunity to eliminate her n her best friend. Since she was outside till 2 am…..n rest of house residents too, were well awake……murderer too, was quite near n waited for everyone to go into deep sleep as perhaps all were drunk.

    Murderer entered into house v easily….means he was known n familiar with house…..so he got easy access. Then he went to top floor…..means his "main target" was Kaylee n her best friend….n he knew v v well that their room was on top floor. The way, Kaylee screamed n struggled…..too suggest that the person was known to her…. Perhaps her Ex boyfriend!!

    Xana was a typical casualty, as she stepped up n witnessed crime n saw murderer. That's why she along with her friend, too were stabbed to death..

    Somehow, the story of convict does not add up.
    There are many threads…
    More forensic evidences, cctv footage, CDRs, neighbors statement n other evidences must be collected n analyzed.

    The first guy from Desales said he was chubby. The first girl proceeds to show us a photo, apparently from 2017, and he looks relatively fit. I’m so confused

    BK telling Xana that he was going to help her right before he killed her was the same thing the character Patrick Bateman said to a homeless person before stabbing him to death with a knife in the movie American Psycho, which BK might have watched at some point prior to the murders. Maybe BK was even a fan of that movie.

    From the not just stabbing, but “unrecognizable” attack on one of the victim’s (I think KG’s) face, that definitely seems like an extreme anger or hatred of women, or pretty women, or women who look like her, or her specifically. There are lots and lots of murders by stabbing, but NOT nearly as many gruesome many-knife-wounds-to-the-face attacks. The nature of the crime definitely seems like some kind of specific hatred or rage against her, women who look like her, or women in general (and maybe the guy who scored one of the women, too).

    In literally ALL of the high school/friend photos the woman showed, honestly, he looks 0% different to me. Maybe slightly heavier (though he may have been heavier a decade before), and with the exact same “dead behind the eyes” sociopath/psychopath” stare. Interesting that he was a heroin addict “all though high school”. I definitely would not have pegged him as that at all, looking so straight-laced and tailored (I would maybe guess he’s on the high-functioning end of the autism spectrum from his stare and his monotone voice and robotic responses and sort of “planned” answers to questions, not on-the-spot responses that one guy in some video who had him as a TA in college said he gave to questions from students, but I wouldn’t have guessed a drug addict), but, that’s why you shouldn’t judge a book by it’s cover.

    Even if we knew the motive it would not matter. He’s a psychopath with no conscience & he admitted his quilt. HE DID IT BC HE WANTED TO. HES A LIAR WITH NO CONVICTIONS ABOUT RIGHT OR WRONG. Every serial killer WANTS TO KILL. That’s his motive. The end.

    Bottom line is that most people who are monsters don't look like one from the outside. My guess is that his family knew that he had serious mental health issues but likely not a lot of others.
