I honestly do not get the weed charge. The cop said that it's not illegal to have it unless it's open in the car. It's literally in the trunk, in a container that nobody can get to. I do agree to the other charges, but the weed one is soo fucking dumb

The cops do not just pull people over for fun, they only pull someone over if it’s warranted. I feel very thankful to live in a town with such an amazing PD ❤

That .04 law for CDL drivers, only applies when you’re driving a CDL truck. If you’re in your personal vehicle, it’s .08 just like everyone else.
