Make noise means he ain't choking.
He aint blue.
Best thing to do is keeping the baby straight at first.
I had a fright of this kind with my newborn, and doctors told me just that. If the baby is making noise and ain't becoming blue, it means he ain't choking.
And ya'll wanna defund them?
So thankful for our Officers!! Well done!! Relieved baby is okay!! Blessings to all!!â¤â¤
Oh my gosh! His little cry made me shed a tear! 😢🥹 I’m so glad he’s okay!!!
Having a child and not having done CPR and first aid training is just irresponsible and being a bad parent.
You have to put the baby upside down holding feet and hitting back with palm of hand and you have to hit it hard , not tap. My mother saved my sisters life when she chocked and a card ball shaped Halloween candy. My mom pounded her back but it did not seem to work. Mom got angry and was frightened out of her mind. She hit my sisters back with force and the ball flew out. My sister is alive today nearly 65 years later.
I am a former BLS and First Aid instructor (Infant, Child and Adult). I wish every new parent had the opportunity to take a basic class when they are expecting a child. I think the more trained people we have out there in the community, the better the outcomes… It only takes a few hours to learn these skills, but they are invaluable. You never know when you may find yourself in a situation where your actions may save a life. So happy this incident had such a good outcome!!!
This is why I hate seeing police be so mistreated bc they never show this side of police. They show the bad apples and horrible situations.

The side of law enforcement that you don't get to see too often. God bless them.

Excellent work.
It's hard to know when the events actually started because the video editor chops up the footage chronologically so much in the video.
You gotta use the heel of your hand and put that babies has lower than its waist. That being said, please learn CPR and first aid for all ages especially if you are a parent.
I was in a doctors office with my kids when a toddler starting choking on food. The father didn’t know what to do and he panicked. I told him to hold up an arm. He said really? I said yes….you will dislodge the object. He held up the arm and it all came out.
You need to hold him upside down by his feet with another person giving him support on the shoulders. Then stick your finger into his throat to activate the gag response or dislodge anything stuck in the windpipe. Since he is upside down, it won't go further into the throat. This helps if anything big is stuck halfway down. Then try Heimlich. I saved my son this way.
Police officers are real heroes every day. God bless every law enforcement officer. We pray daily for the health and safety and strength of every officer.
Both the officers saved the baby
Here's a friendly tip for anyone who finds themselves in this situation. Hold the baby on your forearm with its chin in your hand and tilt your arm so the head is lower than the legs. Also when giving back blows use the heel of your hand in between the shoulder blades
This is what I would want to see back when I used to watch the evening news.
There's nothing better in life than saving a life.
Been in this position more than once. First time was my own baby girl and the next was with her child. Staying calm is important, but sure isn't easy!
i dont like humans especially babies , but how do u even know if the one is choking
Massive respect to the officer.
Amazing âœï¸ðŸ™ðŸ•¯ï¸ðŸ’œðŸ•Šï¸
Good job to the officer for saving this baby's life
He’s making noise oxygen isn’t been starved! He wouldn’t be making noise if he couldn’t get oxygen to the lungs!
emt here – that's not how you do back blows
I learned that it is very important to hit allot harder than that. I was shocked on how hard i had to hit when i was teached this technique
Great job officer!!! You are literally a life saver. 🫡
Shes actually not preforming it right.
Arm should be touched to thih while you cradle the face to the side, 5 back blows hard, between the shoulder blades, flip baby over, check, if still choking, repeat
Every parent needs to learn this
Put a Finger in the Throat.
Saved me the Life, when a Candy stick in my Throat as a Child.
And then they searched the home for no reason after
