   It's not illegal to lie about your age, but i know Russian orphans often lie about being little kids when they are adults and then they kill the parents.

   Why did they show only the woman's comment? The guy said something else. She and her husband came up with this plan to receive government benefits. The words about the terrorist attack at the school are idiocy, the boy wanted to stay in the USA, why would he hurt anyone. Then the guy ran away from their house, and they pawned him, but they miscalculated and got punished themselves, the husband got 2 years in prison, and the wife 5 months.
