Can cops shoot the tires?
Cops should have something on their person as they approach a car to prevent the car from being able to drive off. Like an instant kill switch, but only when they sense someone’s about to do this kind of junk.
The dog was not nessercery

I wanna know what made the Via313 employee think he saw someone leave the car. Especially at that distance… how could he possibly see if they had a gun or not?
