Priscilla Presley, the 77-year-old ex-wife of rock icon Elvis Presley, filed a petition against the estate of her late daughter Lisa Marie, who died suddenly on January 12. The Law&Crime Daily team has the latest in the fight for Graceland.

I think the media is making this way more complicated than it really is. Priscilla & her Grand daughter’s are probably all together right now. They know Priscilla loves them. She built that empire. She bailed Lisa Marie out so many times after she blew all that money! Priscilla even sold her Mansion she had for many years to help Lisa, and those kids. I’m sure there is a good reason why she wants to still be a co-trustee. She isn’t trying to take any money! She wants to continue to be involved in what happens with Graceland the home she lived in & had her only Daughter! Priscilla should have never been taken off of that position period! Something is fishy. Lisa has 3 kids! Not just one! Priscilla know’s exactly how to run the business. And what to do about all of these legal issues. She has been through it. She could just say screw it all & watch all unfold. But that’s HER Legacy too!
Should go to Priscilla she and Lisa Marie have helped keep Graceland going now she can show / teach grandkids how to look after their legacy

I think that they will work it out. Priscilla is making sure Lisa's ex won't try to do some shady business. I'm hoping they don't sell Elvis's house and keep it in the family.

I am with some of the rest of you. The real heirs here are Riley, Harper, and Finley, Lisa's remaining children. I pray that they don't let money tear their family apart. It is not worth it. I don’t think Priscilla is trying to be scandalous. She is a very savvy business woman who is set for life. Since the younger two girls are underage, I can’t help but wonder if this is more of a move to prevent Lisa’s ex from getting any control over the estate. Also, it might be a last ditch effort before her time comes to rebuild its value to ensure the financial
security of her grandchildren. My knowledge of this kind of stuff is limited but that’s my take. Riley’s response to this should tell everyone what’s going on. If she’s onboard with this, I think it can be assumed that Priscilla has the best interests of her family at heart.

If it wasn't for Pricilla the Presley family would be bankrupt and broke thanks to the unbelievably ignorant management of the estate by Lisa Marie. Lisa Marie sold 85% of Elvis's intellectual rights for 100million dollars and proceeded too spend it all and still went ten of millions more into debt. Even again at the time of her death Lisa Marie was again deep with millions of debt. There would be no Elvis Estate and other businesses without Pricilla. The amendment which she is contesting was never properly completed and witnessed so is not a viable document. The kids need Pricilla too run the Estate, she is the only one who knows all the intricacies of how the family business works and she should find a good reportable estate management company too take over for the future.
