  1. Naw i have a feeling the partner who works with him who got a bump on his head was more involved to the point hiring professionals to come in hurt him but kill his partner. More likely he murdered dave 😢Rest in heaven dave . Praying for the family ❤❤❤

  2. Obviously Dave killed him and was planning on taking the money, but the cops arrived, so he wasn’t able to take the money and run. But aside from that- THERE WERE NO SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS AT THE BUSINESS?!?!? Uhhhh yeah, right!

  3. Gilbert police seem like they’re corrupt. The Gilbert Goons situation shows that. Wouldn’t be surprised if this Dave guy has some kind of connection that let him walk away without being a suspect.

  4. Maybe Dave had debts find the motive solve the crime. Leave his wife alone no way would a mother expose her kids to the murder of their father.

  5. She seems oddly stoic and unemotional. I guess no one would suspect her of being involved if she was on a FaceTime call with him. It's an amazing coincidence

  7. I know ozark is completely fictional but this is the EXACT same thing that happens. The owners are friends with the cartel to launder money and if they dont follow orders they get killed

  8. I watched this for two seconds and first thing I thought was “I bet the business partner and wife are involved”.

  9. Detectives know very well who killed Nick. It will forever be in their hearts and will always anger them…

They just never had enough substantial circumstantial evidence and just can’t file charges and prosecute the perpetrator.
Prosecutors/state’s attorney simply will not proceed.

We all know how this works.

  10. Exactly! Why can’t police release the video taken inside the facility but releases the convenience store video?

  11. Nah….something doesn’t smell right about this story. The co-owner survives, but the other gets killed, with no money being taken. Sounds like someone wanted to be majority owner and put out a hit to have middle man gone.
