The son of accused child killer Henry Dinkins testified about the night his half-sister was allegedly kidnapped and murdered by his dad while she was staying at his Iowa apartment in July 2020. The mother wasn’t present when he took both kids to stay at his house, their grandmother was there and didn’t want the little girl to go with him.

Did thy not go over this with the lil boy bc his answers are not of a 11 yr old. I knw he's only 11 but why would him being questioned about something so Important annoy him. He cussed on stand smh where is the respect bc of his actions and how sarcastic his responses are do make him questionable
I think he performed asexual act on bre, when both of them were in the back room together, a few hours later he decided to kill her.

The mother didn't give him permission to take her daughter. According to the Judge who is going sentence him next week.
It was imagined over a period of time, The psychological impact does this to people.

This is hard to hear, he's 10 and the situation happen when he was 8. His own father, this is traumatic. God help this kid.
Alot of times children would block out tragic stuff that happen to them. They usually dont remember until later on in life when they become older. I believe this is what happened in DL's case. needless to say, Henry is guilty and anyone in their right mind know it.
The kids story keeps changing. I dont think he knows what the truth is.
A traumatized person (especially a child ) doesn’t allow the event to be remembered exactly how the trauma unfolded. There is no telling what was done to him. He may have been next for all we know!
Any word yet from sentence?
That man went missing for a period of time the girl went missing. He turned his phone off so they couldn't pin his location. How is it, the mom drops off their clothes and he puts this big tshirt on her? I think prosecution was right. He knew she would tell someone and he had to kill her. That's why he went back in that closet.
