14. yeah let's put this stuff on TV and glorify it. It's disgusting that we treat people this way. The answer to every problem, every outburst, drugs, fighting, dui can't all be dealt with law enforcement and jail. There really are other, more humane, effective and compassionate ways to deal with people's problems other than sending a group of men with guns whose only solution is punitive force and life altering arrest reports. This is the only we have to deal with people in crisis is to arrest them??
