I still cannot understand the immediate lawsuit connection to FOX except the 'deep pockets' reason and I really wonder if this shall all come down to a close mutual party responsibility court decision.

The law has to change. An employer should not be responsible for the Irresponsible criminal actions of an employee. This deep pocket approach has it got to end. Sanchez is solely responsible for his alleged reckless actions. And lawyers filling their pockets by dipping into employer's pockets creates an irresponsible financial hardship for the Citizens. United States of America by companies passing on these financial burdens to consumers.

I watched the video of the mμrderer (I refuse to put her name out in the world) shortly after this atrocity occurred…and it still infuriates me to replay in my head that the mμrderer intentionally grabbed those two knives, and while holding those two knives in plain view, she meandered around, passing many customers (all of whom did nothing about it. I saw someone carrying a kitchen knife in a supermarket once and I immediately went to tell a security guard), until she found her target, a toddler called Julian Wood. She then followed the child and the mother, and she even waited until they were isolated from the rest of the public, and only then did she attack that helpless toddler. Those are NOT the actions of an insane person…this was premeditated and calculated…she knew exactly what she was doing. Unfortunately, this is gonna be in my memory warehouse. Sometimes I wish I didn’t remember everything.

We desperately need more people to know the story about this gentle & kind actor / singer who was alleged to jump out of the window while under the influence of alcohol on 9/11 in China. However, there is leaked footage & voice recording of him being raped, tortured, & actually begging for his life while desperately trying to hang on to the edge of the window. There were many people present inside the condo where he “jumped†out of the window. Nobody helped him & none of them were properly investigated. Police refused to open a formal investigation. YML’s body was cremated right after, & brought back to his birthplace by his mom. The Chinese government has banned any discussion about YML, & tried to erase his existence by taking his name off all series he was ever in, & blocking anyone in China to even search his name online. All because YML didn’t want to trade his dignity for “screen time†in tv series / shows. His agency forcefully registered many different companies under YML’s name suspected to be for money laundering. At this moment, nobody can get a hold of YML’s mother. Many people who dare to speak up for YML are being silenced & some of them have disappeared. We believe no human live should be treated this way. While the “Me Too Movement†is spreading around the world, there are still people stuck in China’s entertainment industry after being forced to sign unfair & unjust contract. China’s Justice system is being hijacked by politicians to help cover up their “dirty laundryâ€. It no longer uphold the rule of law by enforcing laws, administering fair trials, and implementing punishments for the people.
