24. Ok this is crazy cause I just assumed this was the same Texas border officer that was a serial killer of women? This was also fairly recently. How many Texas, border patrol Hispanic agents are cold blooded murderers after all? I was perplexed thinking I missed the fact he must have also killed his wife and child. Turns out those are two separate cases! The other murderer’s name was Juan I believe. What the heck?!
