  1. Oh no there is a major ever there this is a typical cop attitude They have the lawful right to ask for your info so they can finish their paperwork. That is totally not true at all. Most states they don't even have the right to request your identification when you're simply detained, there are a few stop and ID states but not most of them. Most you only have to provide ID when you're actually placed under arrest not when you're simply detained on suspicion and they're doing an investigation. No place are you required to present identification to be trespassed. You're simply told your trespassed and at that moment you should leave you do not have to identify who you are but you do have to leave. Now if you refuse to leave then you are subject to arrest in which you would have to ID.

  2. I'm not condoning her behaviour but I don't understand how there was a crime, they all knew all of her information, all the police needed to do was advise her that she was trespassed which is what he did, then if she came back they can arrest her.

  3. I would love to be her lawer….how can you trust pass someone if they already where trust passed already…the cops admitted on camera they didn't have any charges. So at that point if she just leaves she does not have to speak with police or show her id

  4. Questions why the cop needed to look at the cameras to corroborate her story then says she's glad the arrest is being recorded. I thought cameras were useless to confirm things?

  5. I love how every reason they try to give for the cops to let them go is just a reason they shouldn’t have committed their crime. “I’m a mom”/“I have kids” “my dog is waiting at home” “I’m pregnant/sick/injured” like none of those things preclude you from being arrested, but they SHOULD preclude you from committing crimes if you have even a couple brain cells

  6. Sergeant: so why did you leave?
Crazy: I thought he was going to give me a charge
🥴😫 in the words of Fred Sanford, "you big dummy". Thought the black sergeant was going to help you lady? Tuh. Thought you had a friend

  7. She doesn't want them to see the video footage because she knows she's lying. She thinks she doesn't have to listen to law enforcement 🙄 proof of resisting, they scream "you are hurting me!" She is NOT a woman, she is a child!
