How many times did this police officer say ok?
15 years for second degree murder is quite a light sentence, his confession helped him greatly. And yea, when you plead not guilty to first degree murder, it means you're literally pleading not guilty to the exact charge which includes the degree as well, it doesn't mean you don't think you committed murder at all. He could be saying "I may have committed murder, but I don't believe there was any premeditation or aggravating factors so I'm innocent of 1st degree murder".
RIP BILL ❤❤❤ I HOPE HIS FAM GETS JUSTICE AND I HOPE TONY FINDS DA HELP HE NEEDS ❤❤❤
This reminds me of Crime and Punishment and what Raskolnikov went through after killing the pawnbroker. It's a horrible crime, no doubt, and he deserves to do his time, but i also cant imagine what it would be like to live with that kind of psychological torment for 15 years. Thats it's own kind of punshiment. For someone with a conscience, it would drive you to complete insanity
FUCK PLEA DEALS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Only 15 years for murdering someone. wtf is wrong with New Mexico
Just casually eating cheeseburgers confessing to murdering someone
The amount of comments I see of people who do not believe in change is staggering. So quick to lable people as sociopaths, not knowing even remotely what that word means. 15 years can change someone so fundamentally that they are unidentifiable from the person they were. That harmful belief that change is impossible is why our prison systems are failing, why crime is such and issue, and why so much hate and vitriol is commonplace amongst Americans. Just because you might not have changed in 15 years because you refuse to be a better person, doesn't mean others can't.
Killer: i want to confess that I brutally killed a man and buried him under the floor in my house
Detective: do you like onions?
Gio is one hell of a cop
Can we get an “okay” count, okay?
New Mexico is even greater than old Mexico
Drake playing cruel and unusual punishment, even for a murderer.
I’m gonna be a cop just like officer gio. A good one
Lmao I’m sorry the pulling of the foot to confirm the body got me laughing hard
I feel like this guy didn't do it. I feel like he is taking the fall for someone else, like he owes money or to protect his family or something.
That sentence is not long enough though.
I bet he regretted this when he woke up the next day in a cell.
terrible crime. but respect him coming forward
😮 Just goes to show you never really get away with anything ! This man’s conscience and homelessness was bugging him so bad he admitted to a murder he had gotten away with that’s crazy !
Whatever happened to "cadaver" dogs? The ONLY reason this guy confessed is to get McDonalds. He confessed only because he was hungry! He wanted to confess JUST for Mcdonalds food!
If I ever get arrested for something, I want McDonalds too. 2quarter pounders with swiss cheese, large fries , 12 piece chicken nuggets. And honey mustard dipping sauce. PLUS, cigarettes. Oh and I would also want carrot cake! And THEN I will talk! LOL!
I feel for this man in some odd way. He should have gotten life. Plea deals are crap.
ok 😂😂😂
He goes from wanting to listen to gospel to Drake😂
I eat a 4 fromagi pizza when I watch this video, is that ok ?
And now he goes to prison so the other criminals can turn him back to villain. 🤷♂
The suspect and the cop both handled this with class. The murder is unspeakable, but you have to respect him coming clean when he probably would have never been caught
This guy says he thinks about what he did every day, but somehow he doesn't remember any of the details except that the body was buried in a shed?
That should have stood out to someone. That's sketchy.
He probably thought for a very long time that he's going to get caught "any day now". Fear mixed with guilt is what made him confess.
Ok
I know it sounds weird but I kind of wish the best for the dude.
s/o officer Gio for fw good ass music
