8. This kinda reminds me of this stupid guy I was talking to about needle exchanges etc. His opinion was "Fuck those junkies, let them get AIDS and die off"
   I told him that the more people who ended up being infected, the more likely hood of it spreading outside of a community. Lets take a sex worker who got infected from using an old needle because of fucked up needle laws. The sex worker sleeps with a John. The John goes home and brings that into his circle. This John may have a wife or a GF or BF etc.
   It's not so much about hooking up addicts as it is protecting a community as a whole.
