   Let’s look at what Alex said he was doing that afternoon . Riding around with son doing a little target shooting. They went to duck pond and deer stands. Then looked for hogs. His son was shot three minutes after he supposedly left scene no defensive wounds with duck shot and buck shot. Non defensive wounds. Went wrong made a mess. Then his wife who came running to area was shot with a three hundred. Both guns are missing from Alex collection idk hard to believe it was Alex. I think defense has good chance to show those boat victims came and did this. I think it was the one Alex drew the fake sketch of when he hired that guy to shot himz

   Your so called expert is a joke.alex was a hunter no problems shooting different guns.paul alex rode the property that night.paul always had his shotgun or 300 gun with him becsuse of hogs.paul truck was in the shop pauls gun would have been at the kennel. Alex had access to both guns .it wouldn't have been a problem to shoot put it down puck up another gun.get better guys to discuss the case

   I don't find it to be farfetched that he would use two different weapons to murder his family. He's not the normal suspect. He's a defense attorney and he's not going to use basic murder tactics. He's seen it all and he's smarter than that. what better way to take the heat off of him, by making it appear to be two shooters. I wouldn't expect anything different.

   One question I have, is off the father shot his son in the head with a shotgun that pointed up to blow the top of his head off… How did he do that without the son fighting back at least a little? I just can't imagine ever allowing my dad to put a shotgun under my chin without fighting for my life. I'm not saying Alex is innocent, I'm just curious how this could be done cleanly, with no signs of a struggle between them.

   In the home defense community, lots of people do alternate bird shot and buck shot in their shotguns.

   Birdshot followed by buckshot is not an astonishing thing. It’s pretty standard these days to load shotguns this way.
   Hope these two get justice, even though Paul had some justice to he served on his own, this wasn’t the way to attain it. RIP to both, remember Mallory

    It wldnt b difficult to use 2 different guns n a crime, it's easier w long guns. So that crap about it being difficult for one shooter is just the opposite.

    But he could have put a attachment in the gun like a different barrel people do
    It all the time, that way ot won’t connect to that gun and then he could put the other one back on.

    The order of shooting may be key. The fact that it took two shots to kill son gives a clue since Alex is a hunter and should be a good shot from so close. Unexpectedly pick up rifle from ground, and quickly shoot son first time just to disable him. Quickly unsling AR rifle from shoulder and shoot wife. Finally finish off son.

    The family hunted on the property they had guns and hunting rifles laying around. Why is it so hard for some people to believe he could have used 2 weapons?

    The State just has to prove that the victims were killed at different times and that within the time between the killings it is probable that one person could switch weapons and travel from one location of death to another. It’s not as far-fetched as these doubters keep insinuating.

    I want to know why a defendant has the freedom to hold hands with relatives, turn around and talk to people in the gallery & someone gave him TicTaks??? How can he be given stuff while sitting in the defendant’s chair??? No one else would be able to do all these things!!
