Deputies violating policy firing into vehicle

Deputy Rodriguez and Deputy Fermin were involved in an incident on April 8th. It was reported that deputy Rodriguez fired into a vehicle during a traffic stop. The “suspects” drove away and allegedly ran over Deputy Rodriguez foot. The scanner feed is all over the place. At one point rodriguez is heard saying 2 male occupants and the dispatcher misunderstood saying “a female occupant” Also the plate came back with 1 address and the registered owner came back with a 2nd address. Another thing: the plate they repeat shows it to be an SUV acura NOT a porche. So many other things are messed up, I’m hoping someone watching this video can fill me in on actual facts.

    Ok with there own words they stated it was only occupied by 2. And when you checked a few days later, if there was no info on arrests. They had to be released. They either have to charge you or let you go.
