The video was grainy, but I didn't see a gun. guy was a dick, but was complying from what I can tell. The only thing I don't understand is why that cop jumped into the truck to start being the shit out of the guy?? what's this I see? dog is biting the perp's leg, cop jumps in bed of truck and starts punching the perp widly?
