Orlando police officers chased a stolen SUV at speeds as high as 80 mph, and down main roads and neighborhood streets. One officer lost control in someone’s yard after swerving to avoid a trash can. After at least a 9-minute high-speed chase, an unmarked OPD vehicle wedged 16-year-old Valine Thompson, the suspected armed carjacker, against the concrete barrier on the State Road 408 ramp at Lake Underhill.

He could not outrun the SUV. He appeared to consider jumping for a split second, then turned the other way, saw an officer running at him, realized he was trapped, threw his hands up and dropped to the ground. In the next 16 seconds, before officers appeared to have him under control, OPD dash cam video shows an officer run up and immediately start bobbing up and down, while leaning on the barrier. Two officers admitted kicking Thompson in the face but said it was an accident.

  1. 0:55 lmfao cops really pass the academy driving like this?
like… criminal simply made the only turn possible and threw off one of the only officers on his tail LOL is this REALLY GTA V?
not only that the officer recording just stopped right behind the guy like… are you gonna miss the green light or what?
i mean get real might as well have toddlers on the force

  2. The boy and this video at the time was only 15 years old he was in high school with my son…. And this video you can see the cops stomping on his face and the news channels and all the media have removed the aftermath of what they did to this young man's face

  3. This is what it looks like when the cops want a car chase over stopping it. Look at the incompetence and the numerous chances to stop, slow down, and disable the guy. Like towards the end when the SUV cop just let him drive by like nothing.
