Two South Carolina police officers involved in the fatal shooting of a drug suspect will not be charged with a crime. The shooting happened last November as Cayce Police Department officers were attempting to arrest a man on drug related charges. Dash cam video of the incident shows the suspect resisting arrest before pulling out a handgun and shooting one of the officers. Officers then return fire, killing the suspect.

I've been a police officer for over 40 years in Belgium. In Belgium first we shoot the suspect and then we conduct our investigation.

One of the coolest, calmest cops then put into a crazy situation. Dealt with the criminal then proceeds to take care of his partner. Amazing.

He could’ve easily shot the Sgt. in the face, but went for the backup officer first because he saw that he had his gun out. Thank goodness for that decision.
