Police seem incompetent. No paper to write anything on, crossing fingers hoping they have enough tape and I just heard that they didn’t have enough sheets and they might have to steal one from the fire service. Pathetic. It amazes me that they didn’t destroy the scene and let Alex get off.
very decent actor but he broke character way too often. Most people would have been delirious and almost collapsed to the ground type of behavior. I can see asking "are they dead" over and over, but many of the other questions, and his demeanor, were not even remotely in line with someone having just found their love ones murdered. He should have sold it better and stayed in character. Regardless, overall it wouldn't have helped due to all the other evidence.

For a small county, the cops did a fantastic job securing the scene…..only one thing…..The guy who runs up and immediately starts giving an alibi and timeline IS YOUR # 1 SUSPECT.

5:10 He asked Alec for Paul’s birthday, but information comes over the radio about finding something and picking it up. Alec stops dead in his tracks to listen to what’s being said. After the transmission the officer asks him again about Paul’s dob. Now maybe he had the guns hidden or some evidence there. Didn’t he go to his mom’s the next morning as well? He’s clearly nervous they will find something. Question answered at 5:50. It’s 1/2025 and i’m still interested.
