An innocent 19 year old college student, who doesn’t drink, doesn’t do drugs, is studying at the library and he ends up getting arrested by some cops who apparently have something to prove. He did nothing wrong. He complied with everything they asked him to do. He was polite. And most importantly, he was completely sober. Yet that didn’t save him from these cops and local authorities, determined to ruin the kid’s life. Even after his innocence was completely proven, every authority figure in this kid’s life, chose to back the blue over him – the police over the truth.

  1. In my 40 years of life. I've never been pulled over. If I ever was to be pulled over (especially by these cops) I would definitely be going to jail for DWD. Driving while diabetic. LOL! I couldn't pass any of these field sobriety tests. And I'm over 10 years sober. I even go so far as to make my own alcohol free vanilla extract for my morning coffee just to be sure not one drop of alcohol goes into my body. 🤷🏼‍♂️

  2. I'm honestly scared to drive. I got a DUI from the morning after even though I blew below .06, if I'm found to be even tired when I drive next I face felony charges and prison time

  3. How can he get that arrest expunged from his record? Probably a long, expensive process if even possible. This is wrong. Fire the cops involved!

  4. Rome Georgia is a hellscape. Last year an illegal immigration killed two people drinking and driving and severely injured a child. He was previously arrested and put on ice detainment but allowed free before he killed two people. The judges won't prosecute real criminals and the cops are left to write tickets and phish like this. It's completely broken there.

  5. Hey Officer White,
Quick question: do they teach proper DUI procedure in whatever academy you went to, or was that the day you called in sick because you didn’t want to miss your lunch? Arresting a college kid with zero alcohol or drugs in his system is… impressive, in the way that not paying attention while performing a sobriety is impressive.

If you’re proud of that decision, maybe you can clear things up by sharing your training record or even your high-school GPA—assuming Rome, GA doesn’t hand out badges with a GED and a pulse. Go on, prove me wrong. I’m dying to see evidence you ever scored above a “C.”

  6. Civil rights lawyer i dont know how to find my footage of my arrest but its Wylie TX halloween 2025 im derric Henderson and the officer's name Krueger ……seriously no bs

  7. There should be a reminder to refuse field sobriety tests. It is 100% legal in all 50 states as long as you submit to chemical testing (like a breathalyzer or blood test). They do nothing but incriminate you. If you truly are not drunk don't give the offices a reason.

  8. Ya know it's funny with all the videos on the web, you would think the pigs would learn there lesson.
Let the lawsuit begin. They should pay for his fee's to expunged his record

  9. Car is in parking spot on campus and he’s is a student. What gives them the right to search the car? I say there is no right even if the cop thinks there is due to an arrest 😂!
