  1. arrest or detained ARE the same ,, persons 👉""Dignity " has been taken away "
hence here ,,persons dignity taken away unlawfully , lack of PC (grounds) AS
cops ""ego" is busted hence letting his emotion overrule the constitution
better known as "feelings' police" TITLE ,,,"1984" a novel by 👉George Orwell published in 1949 meaning cop is working for Government "Orwellian state" (woke ideology ) captured by "Stonewall" (DEI organisation )

  2. There’s no way there’s still LEOs out there that are this stupid & ignorant to the LAWS & RIGHTS of citizens. This moron swore an oath to the constitution & doesn’t know anything about it smh

  3. The one question the cop never answered of hers was a simple one; a "reasonable suspicion" of what exactly? What was the suspected crime? Robbery? Drug deal? Without any basis for investigation, there's no there there.

  4. "it's suspicious that you are somewhere you normally aren't" well most of us, normally, spend the most time in our beds. So the police officer also is not where he normally would be, which is, I assume in bed..

  5. Just looked up the Nashville Metro Police Dept and 5 days of unpaid suspension = $1,250. It would have been a lot easier to just admit your mistake and move on. Better training for the rookie as well, "hey sometimes we're wrong. But the constitution overrides ego"

  6. Perfect example of the kind of human that should never be given even a small modicum of authority/power over other humans. This punitive escalation could lead to tragic outcomes when applied to actual criminals…

  7. I Iove how when he defined what he thought a sovereign citizen he literally was describing the behavior he was engaged in. He was the ignorer of the law he was describing.

  8. End indemnity and require cops to buy personal liability insurance policies so they pay the cost of lawsuits. This doesn't take a single court case, appeal, or SCOTUS ruling. Instantly the taxpayers are off the hook and bad cops get priced out of the job just like bad doctors and bad contractors.

Easy first step that accomplishes two things at once, start local and expand statewide. No politician can stand on making taxpayers eat settlements and they'll lose every election against someone proposing this.

  9. Broke down in Rutherford Co many, many years ago. Cop came up asked questions and for my ID, i can't remember if i asked why or if he just said " we must ID any person we come in contact with ".
Now with old age😂 and more information i know i was lied to.

  10. This reminds me of my phone call with customer support at T-Mobile yesterday. Xander refused to let me talk to her supervisor for thirty minutes even though U told her why I wanted to speak to her supervisor. About an hour into the call she finally connected me to her supervisor, DAE, who defended her by also falsely claiming I refused to tell Xander why I needed to talk to her supervisor. I told her I was disabled

  11. Someone needs to explain to this officer that unusual and suspicous are 2 different things , its unusual for that specific car to be in that specific parking lot , like most parking lots many different cars use them daily , there is nothing suspicous about this even remotely. Now if it was 3am and a high crime area etc sure maybe but it wasnt.

  12. when officer said “I’m not pouting” in the tone of a toddler. 😂

this guy should be a hall monitor at a middle-school, not a police officer.

  13. Way to go Reba!!
And at least this dumb dumb officer was punished and lost pay for a week. Only other item is he needs removed from any training or mentoring going forward.
100% correct most of this was about his ego more than anything.
It doesn’t have to be this hard though, the police continue to give reasons and cause for us to distrust them. They hate when people like Reba know their rights.
