  1. This and Bianca's testimony are close, if not THE most significant testimony here. It hints how he may have buried the Evidence….Blue Tarp? Is that why no bloody clothes? He put the tarp on himself, blew them away, and hosed off later, ditching the Tarp later.

  2. In my opinion, murders weren't done for sympathy or as distraction. All about the insurance money to save his butt. He should have just killed himself , but too in love with himself.

  3. Let this dude have it!
    F. HIM
He's so incredibly guilty of so many things. Including double murder. Of his immediate family.
    And he's a legacy lawyer.

    Scum of the earth .

  4. What would be the motive to kill his family on the day he was caught stealing and confessed he stole all that did bad telling his lawyer partner best friend who loved him clearly Alex was touched clearly felt morose I saw his real tears upon hearing that testimony
Going back on that day why would he murder his family put himself in worse criminal grounds Now on top of it will be charged of murdering your own family ? While you still live knowing he is a lawyer good luck in backing yourself up you did not commit those murders ? I have trouble in that
Yes he is big time theft wrong is wrong doesn't mean you're a killer..I don't understand that part of someone 's logical thinking He decieved many in millions usually in some cases when caught you take yourself out not just your family 🤔but I can see others that day who were owed were furious lost control over Alex after finding out what he did knowing he still owes probly won't see a dime perhaps or just took out on his family to punnish him deeply knowing he was going to jail anyways
Do others think this to without quick judgment I could be wrong I don' t care I just hope they get this right something off

  5. The lawyers of Alex seems to try to belittle people when it goes against Alex. I hope that judge will stop this. They are using the good ole boy theory. This how Alex got away with the theft all the years. Alex turned on even his “best” friends.

  6. Evidence of murder, Motion Granted show motive, relevant schemes, first and last person to see victim's. Misappropriation of missing money brought up day of murders, hid millions through family, and FORGE phoney account. admits guilt blaming drug addiction, CONSIDER desperate PRESSURE, before Malicious Murders.

  7. I have so much admiration and respect for this Judge. He also just screams of a good man ~ kindness, intelligence, gentleness, hardworking, and a smile he sometimes barely contains. Hints of a quiet sense of humour. When I found out he is conducting this trial a week or two after the death of his 40 year son I was astounded!! 🙏Prayers for this gentle man🙏
