42 shots in a residential area and 1 hit reminds me of a later video where a girl was struck across the street and inside the dentist office after an altercation. I thought they had to do target practice?
10:01 Subtitle error. Subtitle says "He shot me like 10 times!" What officer 1 actually said was "He shot at me like 10 times!" He said shot AT me, not shot me.
