Bodycam footage shows the moments surrounding an Oklahoma woman’s arrest after she allegedly stole a vehicle and lewdly taunted officers on January 2. The Edmond Police Department said the woman allegedly hopped in a school employee’s maintenance truck and drove off before being caught. Law&Crime’s Sierra Gillespie breaks down the bizarre incident.
