Tucson, Arizona — On May 18, at approximately 9:04 p.m., the US Border Patrol Tucson Sector Tactical Operations Center advised the Ajo Border Patrol Station that the Tohono O’odham Nation Police Department was requesting assistance from Border Patrol agents to respond to a shots fired call west of the Menagers Dam Village. The police department requested agents meet at the local recreation center prior to responding to the location. The Ajo Border Patrol Station transmitted a request over service radio for any available units to respond. Several agents responded acknowledging the request for assistance at approximately. An agent transmitted over service radio that agents were responding with the police department

Agents transmitted over service radio they had arrived at the recreation center with the police department. Agents coordinated with the police department officer at the recreation center and were provided additional information. The officer advised agents that initial reports indicated shots had been fired in the vicinity of a named individual’s residence west of their location. The officer requested agents follow him to the location. Agents followed behind the officer in their government vehicles for approximately two minutes and seventeen seconds. The officer and agents arrived and parked their vehicles near the individual’s residence. Responding agents and the police officer spread out while searching for the man.

The officer and agents encountered, 58-year-old Raymond Mattia approximately 103 meters northwest of their parked vehicles, outside of a residence. 1. Always hate to see a life taken away as you don't always know why they are acting they way they are but at the same time if they they are threatening the officers they have to do what they have to do.

  2. Well Joe Biden, Merritt Garland , and Christopher Wray will be arresting these officers for killing Native Americans for being racists.

  3. American people defending American Police is such as an employee of the twin towers defend an islamic terrorist or a sheep a wolf

  4. My goodness! Cops can be so confusing! One cops say dnt move, one says put your hands up, & one says put your hands out to the side! Then if u put your hands up, u may get shot! They have to learn we can sing together but we can't talk together!

  5. Damn! They shot the guy that called the police about gunshots. That guy did everything he was told and got murdered anyways, that sucks!

  6. Thank god for the men in blue ! Keeping us safe from people like this who have no business owning a gun . Police doing the lords work 🙌🏽

  7. Officer 3 needed to reload before approaching. If that’s my only complaint the officer’s actions were reasonable.
