Best of COPS Season 34, Part 1 brings together some of the wildest moments from the season, from fake names and wanted suspects to road-rage calls and unforgettable breakdowns.

Video includes:
-Spokane Valley Police Officer Stephan Blackman stops a car with no visible license plates and finds the driver is on a suspended license. When the passenger gives a false name, officers quickly realize the ID is fake when it turns out to be under the name “McLovin”.

-Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Officer LaRon Cooke stops a car with a novelty plate and notices the occupants are not wearing seatbelts. When neither person can provide ID and give conflicting information, the stop escalates after the driver is caught lying about their identity.

-Riverside County Sheriff’s Deputy Carri Carrico stops a car for a broken headlight and finds two occupants with no identification and outstanding warrants. After both admit to having illegal items, the deputy takes their cooperation into account and issues a citation instead of making an arrest.

-Riverside County Sheriff’s Deputy Elizabeth Buck responds to a road rage call and stops a driver accused of brandishing a pistol. With a broken leg, the man has to hop out of the car as he explains he felt threatened. After the other driver declines to press charges, the deputy takes the firearm and releases him.

-Riverside County Sheriff’s Deputy Jeff Andrews responds to a call about a man breaking into a house. After the suspect runs and is caught, he opens up about problems in his relationship, his fear of going back to jail, and his dream of doing comedy.

-Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Sergeant Greg Everett responds to an assault call at a massage parlor. After learning the suspect has left, officers track him down at a nearby apartment, where he claims the punch was accidental and says he reacted in self-defense after his glasses were knocked off, leaving him unable to see.

-Charleston Police Officer Zach Cyrus stops two sisters after seeing their cars speeding and weaving through traffic while chasing each other. The older sister says she was following because she was worried about her younger sister’s safety, while the younger sister says she has been ignoring her after finding out she was having an affair with her boyfriend.

-Hamilton County Sheriff’s Deputy Jonathan Ray monitors a gas station and spots a suspect wanted on multiple warrants. After officers move in and detain him, the man breaks down in tears as he says goodbye to the woman in the passenger seat, knowing he is about to serve 15 years in prison.

-Fort Myers Police Officer Ryan Amador responds to a tense call after a woman barricades herself in a room. Residents say she pulled a weapon during an argument and even showed it to a little girl, while she claims she only did it to defend herself from harassment.

-Riverside County Sheriff’s Corporal Frank Rice spots an older Ford Explorer with no front license plate that matches a vehicle on a stolen car hot sheet. After stopping the SUV, he discovers the tags do not match the VIN, and the driver later admits he “cold plated” the vehicle because he could not afford afford it.
