Bryan Kohberger appeared in court Thursday and requested a preliminary hearing to be scheduled for late June to allow the defense time to build their case. “You can attack that evidence as a defense attorney,” the accused student murderer’s former Pennsylvania public defender said reacting to the case so far. Watch Kohberger say the car was stolen, the knife he kept in the car as protection, and he accidentally left his cell phone in the car that nightâ€. “Someone took it for a joyride†“ someone is framing me because I gave them a bad gradeâ€.
Innocent until proven guilty…stop the eager egotistical judgement of a case void of proof.
The delay is an attempt to cool down potential jurors. Right now this story is hot and they want the issue to be mostly forgotten by the national media outlets.

Im really happy he said that about the “fair trail†as much as I want to be like “that’s the guy who did itâ€, it just didn’t go through court and he wasn’t proven guilty. So I just simply can’t get on this bandwagon.

Y'all need to also look up the newly released affidavit of the search warrant of his apartment. They found a lot of things including him and AND animal hair in his apartment. We already know Kaylee had her dog with her that night!
Idaho allows some pretty messed up things! Since when does the state have to give the defense ALL DISCOVERY prior to a preliminary hearing? What this is allowing is the defense to have a mini trial without a jury before the actual trial. The state doesn’t have to show their entire hand at the preliminary hearing they just need to show they have enough evidence to get the defendant bound over to district court. This is unbelievable from anything I’ve ever seen when it comes to a preliminary hearing.
He may be smart, he doesn't know law.
