  1. Hold up a second here. So you open a business, you pay the government for a business license, and then you also pay tax too. BUT nothing is done by the government? What this? 17th century?

  2. The comment section is telling and shows a total lack of humanity.
Just wow! I suppose when you’ve been desensitized to the murders of children and elderly people in churches… watching someone get hosed down in such a humiliating matter is probably nothing. God bless America 😒😔

  3. I dont blame the guy, he pays for the rental space every month and these homeless ppl dont, They affect his business. The homeless problem everywhere is sickening! She needs to go be homeless somewhere else.

  4. Charge the homeless with battery, litering and drugs. These people are 90% junkies and are a burden. They don't want to get clean. Money won't help them as they will just keep using. It's called forced rehabilitation camps far away from society. Enough.

  5. 😡😡😡 So what! So what! So what! Who cares what she has done!! He didn’t say he stole from him, vandalized his property or assaulted him in any way period!! No matter what else she’s accused of she didn’t deserve this!! He should have exercised other options and spraying anyone w a D@MN water hose is never an option!! Not to mention has anyone addressed her possible mental health issues 🤷🏽‍♀️ 🤷🏽‍♀️ 🤷🏽‍♀️

  6. I don't need to watch the whole video but I'm going to!!!! What the f**!! I'm hoping somebody comes by and does something about this!! This is when I wish I could be everywhere!! This is absolutely so deplorable so no no no no this is going way too far!! What the f** is wrong with People?!! Oh my God I am so upset I don't know if I should be swearing don't know if it's allowed but I don't care this is getting ridiculous what is the world coming to ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!!! SOMETHING HAS TO BE DONE!!!

  7. ⚖👩🏽‍⚖ COLLIER GWIN, 71 WILL BE ARRAIGNED ON FRIDAY, FEBRUARY, 17, 2023 AT 9:00 A.M 🕘📖✊🏾✊🏿✊🏽

  8. The business owner was nasty and cold BUT the city of San Fransico never even tried to help her like HE did and only handed out a fine when it was caught on camera. Glad I skipped San Fran when I went to Cali…

  9. 🌡😞💔🥶🧊💨🌬💨🧊 WET CLOTHES ON A COLD, BLISTERING DAY CAN LEAD TO HYPOTHERMIA or PNEUMONIA or even DEATH! What happened to HIS VICTIM? DID SHE DIE? 🥶🧊💨🌬💨🧊🥶😞💔🧊🌬💨 I WANT TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENED TO HIS VICTIM? DID SHE GET PNEUMONIA? HYPOTHERMIA? DID SHE DIE IN THE HOSPITAL? WHAT HAPPENED TO HER? WHAT ABOUT HER FAMILY? ARE THEY AWARE OF WHAT HAPPENED TO THEIR LOVED ONE? 💉🩸🤕🏥🚑⚰ Why haven't the news reporters interviewed her. I am highly suspicious! I suspect that she probably most likely passed away?

  10. I visited SF last year for my wedding anniversary, me and my husband walked to a restaurant near our expensive hotel located around other expensive hotels, just to point out it was supposedly a nicer area. Homeless ppl were everywhere, and I felt so bad for them. However, I quickly realized they weren’t like any of the homeless Ive encountered before. We witnessed a lot doing drugs, arguing loudly, physical altercations; most seemed mentally unstable. We left the restaurant and a man was smoking a glass pipe right outside the restaurant door and blew drug smoke in our faces, Idk what drug it was but I was terrified. None of that was there before we entered. We would never have entered if it was. Then we walked a few feet and there was a pile of human feces with a t-shirt in it, obviously used to wipe. Then we were followed for two blocks by a homeless woman screaming at us, I thought she was going to attack us.
There was trash, needles, human waste and homeless ppl all over. But the homeless were all over SF, not just that area. I can understand the frustration the business owners have w the homeless affecting their business. The city needs to do something to help the homeless, the homeless will not change and help themselves. But they can’t be ignored and business owners can’t be blamed for their frustration.

  11. This is called the Bubba Effect. When government officials fail to do the things they are supposed to do, normal citizens will take justice into their own hands. Spraying someone with a hose is the least of our worries.

  12. its wrong that he did this. but this has been a major problem all through California. its so bad. people are shitting in the street, its literally worse than a 3rd world country.
again he shouldn't have done this. but this is a pressure cooker of YEARS of frustration. cal;ifornia needs to do more
you got people lining the subways and subway stations just shooting up throwing needles . and kids are supposed to walk through that?? NO
