Arrested for DUI? New York State trooper first amendment audit ny trooper

In upstate New York a New York State trooper respect the rights to film while conducting a DY arrest. Do you know trooper actually waved afterwords and gave a nod after leaving.

I’m actually not too sure what they were talking about but there was a long conversation between the finish of the field sobriety exercises and then the actual arrest.

  1. rapid eye jerking or shaking jitters can be result of disease onset, strokes or dismembered vision from stress. These forms in cases of shadowed or dismembered vision where the eyes are unable to rationalize what to focus on.

  2. Nice video sir I’m from Canada and I have family down in NYC everytime we are driving down on an interstate my parents pray to god that a trooper doesn’t stop us we have heard stories of troopers especially in NY give bogus tickets to Canadians for no reason these TROOPS need to be held accountable

  3. A policeman stops a lady and asks for her license. He says "Lady, it says here that you should be wearing glasses."

The woman answered "Well, I have contacts."

The policeman replied "I don't care who you know! You're getting a ticket!"

  4. Drinking and driving is one of the most selfish acts someone can commit. Chance of killing someone for your own brief entertainment. Way too many dui hit and run incidents. Should be lowered to .04. That's what commercial drivers have to abide by.
