The pathologist who performed autopsies on Alex Murdaugh’s slain wife and son testified Monday about her findings. Dr. Ellen Riemer testified that Paul Murdaugh’s death was caused by two shotgun blasts that were fired before he hit the ground. The disgraced lawyer can be seen tearing up throughout the testimony while listening to the gruesome details of his son’s injuries.
