The forensic examiner who swabbed evidence in the Alex Murdaugh case took the stand Tuesday and testified about her findings. Megan Fletcher stated a blue jacket, the same jacket the defense challenged Monday, had “significant†gunshot residue particles all over it.

Since it was never established to whom this jacket belonged, how does this help the case either way???
Correct the same blue jacket he took to parents house at 6 am week ltr
I may or may not have gsr on several shirts and coats.🤔🤔
Interesting,,, all that gsr and not a drop of blood.its like someone washed all the blood off and then put tons of gsr back on the rain coat ,,, wierd 🤔ðŸ§
A heartbreaking incident! GREED for money makes a father to murder his wife n son..it’s HORRIBLE!
What about DNA in the inside pocket?
This attorney will put the jury to sleep.
I wonder if his father who passed away 3 days later knew his grandson and daughter in law were murdered??
My ? Is, why the rain jacket, he said he was about to do something he didn’t want to do…sweat.
That proves nothing that jacket is a hunting jacket usually worn when duck hunting that big pocket in the middle is for keeping the ammo that thing would be covered in gunshot residue she even stated inside the pocket they found gun shot residue it would have been transferred there every time he reached in to take out a cartridge it would have also been transferred to the inside of the jacket from taking it off and on especially if the shooter was already firing a gun before putting it on if it was used during the murders where is the blood spatter
Did they spray luminol to see if there was perhaps traces of maggie and pauls blood, from the guns?
Why he touch the evidence with out gloves?
Have I missed something, was any blood on the jacket?
As smart as he is if the jacket was an issue it was pretty negligent of him, and I don’t see him thinking that way he would have never taken it in where the caregiver could see it. Alex could have done a better job of hiding it.
Since he's a hunter, killing innocent people made it easier when he shot his wife and son.
Mr. Waters is much better at questioning.
He wore it inside out. Where dis they find the jacket?
Nobody heard gunshots???!! In the area? Very rural area… unfortunately.. prayers to all affected from the Bay Area CALIFORNIAðŸ™
I am not taking sides but the prosecution in my opinion purposely mishandled the jacket. That was obvious.
Not believing that either..
Why does the lawyer need to repeatedly ask the same question? Makes him either sound like he needs lessons in listening or completely dense. She must have had to describe the pattern to lift residue from the poncho 5 times. I admire her tolerence.
This case blows my mind! I look at him and cannot understand how he could do what was done to his Wife (of many years), and his young Son! He has to be a real live MONSTER! May Maggie and Paul rest in peace……….💔😥
The caregiver for the mother didn't seem like the sharpest crayon in the box, she kept saying the rain poncho was "a tarp like you'd throw over a car."
