   Honestly, that 500 yard stare sealed it for me. When he was describing the timeframe when they were killed, he was obviously having a PTSD moment.

   But instead of describing that moment, he takes great lengths to minimize that moment.

   He’s so descriptive of the time before,

   Yeah,
   MF’s guilty as sin.

   What a monster. The video at the kennel, they are all there having a good time.

   What a spectacle. Media is having a field day. Bet the Netflix special comes out this year.

   Why was Alex not afraid that the shooter could be waiting for other family members to arrive to be killed since he believed it was a “revenge family murder” and why no concerned Buster was in possible jeopardy?
   Because AM did it and knew there was no “killer on the loose!”

   On that kennel recording it’s not loud but to me you hear Paul murmur, “Hi Dad”. Since there is only one who else could he have been talking to?

    Birdshot/buckshot combination loading isn’t a new thing. It’s an old method. That being said, it is damning for AM, because it meant a stranger showed up without weapons, used the family weapons, and disappeared into the night, in the same hour that “he was gone”.

    Paul and Dad in jail leaves a disgraced family with no lawyers, which is why he would be desperate to convince Buster to go back to law school, which he did from jail. The family name meant way more to Alex than Maggie or Paul ever did. The Murdaugh name and how he destroyed the family legacy is his biggest loss. There's no doubt about that. He rocks in his seat every time he listens to testimony from a person who loved and respected him and his family. He stared through all the others. He's a psychopathic liar. And a murderer.

    Clear Paul's name? He intentionally drove the boat drunk, its on video. He was asked not to drive repeatedly, but his sense of entitlement took precedent and a young person died. And then his family denied it, took no responsibility and wouldn't pay damages.
    That's Paul's legacy.

    Notice how spoiled they entire family was? They thought life had a bottomless ATM. Unfortunately it was other people's money. While most average people are struggling I have little sympathy for this elitist family who lorded over their own personal fiefdom in South Carolina. Everyone should take note. This needs to stop.

    I dont think he could have done this alone.its clear paul was shot first he had to be he was a bigger threat as in he could have fought him off if maggie was shot first id say paul then maggie shot cause her forst shot was to slow her down.

    They found the Gardner's DNA under Maggie's fingernails!!! But….Maggie had just left the manicurist so how could there be DNA if the Gardner has a air tight alibi? He must have one otherwise he would be a suspect and under arrest. I think the State is up to something, because they said nothing about the DNA under Maggie's nails and you know the defense is going to jump all over that. I think either Alec planted the DNA and the Gardner was suppose to show up and find the bodies and be framed in or the Gardner was there and has confessed to his part with Alec or Alec planted the DNA and the cops did find it and already questioned the Gardner and the Gardner's got a alibi he can prove. Perhaps Alec paid the Gardner to take everything away . the guns and clothes 🖼️. The Gardner is the reasonable doubt to get him off. I hope the Gardner confessed if he played any part in it. It might come down to there being no way he could be in two places at one time and maybe Alec planted the Gardner's DNA. Get out the popcorn. There's a reason the police have not made the Gardner a suspect after they know the Gardner's DNA was under her nails. The State just can't ignore that and they know the defense is going to jump all over it. The Gardner's either in custody or maybe some kind of immunity or he has been framed by Alec. I remember when the cops asked Alec who could do this he said the Gardner's name then he said oh no he was at work!!!!

    Actually should hav been true crime fan.. in murders..i grew up w charlie chan and sherlock holmes.. called deduction..common sense.. no dna yet.. hes relied on money and fam name.. what has he done to make it better.. .true crime always wins..,in the end. Or God does..

    I like to see all sides. He had gun out and didn't hide because he doesn't really care about his life, he was suicidal and seeing family dead wouldn't help. Second, he didn't call buster because he's far away and didn't want to burden him when he's in a bad place mentally.

    My conspiracy theory…Alec agreed to the murders if his wife and Paul for life insurance money to pay off drug dealers. He told his wife to come home and went to kennels to make sure both were there. 2 people showed up earlier than agreed upon and shot them with the two guns. I think he truly planned to be gone to his mom's when it happened. He didn't shoot them bc he did nit have time to dispose of the guns but he IS responsible for their deaths.

    I actually thought the SLED interrogation was kind of lame, as far as police questioning went. They just presented everything right outright, and asked him? Why not do the trap kind, when they trip him up? It seemed like an interview for a privileged member of society, not an actual murder suspect.

    He faced both of them while shooting them. Did you see the re enactment of him shooting Maggie? After shooting her twice, she was on her hands and knees and he stood over her about 3 feet away and finished her off
