  1. Rip X feels like it just happened again with the trial starting 😫 I know it hurts his family’s hearts so much seeing the surveillance

  2. Okay so this is how post partum worked for me for those of you that don't know. I still think this woman was more cold and calculated. I mean she sent her husband to the store to kill her kids so that means she was fully awake and aware. I wonder though what happened after he left. Did she fall asleep or go into some trance. Anyway you have to be evil to do such a thing. It is possible she suffered from post partem, but something else says definitely premeditated and she should get the death sentence. Its possible she was in a post partem psychosis so I will say what happened to me. I have never had psychosis and thay must be much more serious, but I had post partem after my second child. All i can say is it felt like i was dreaming. If you have ever experienced it ; it is like your in a dream . She most likely played out what was in her subconcoous mind which were her thoughts of killing her kids . LAnyway, post partem can feel like your in a dream , it can feel unreal. You aree unable to know whats real and whats not. It means you can be fully awake but im a trance of a dream or even dreaming and doing something but not even know your really doing it. You can pretty much do anything in your dreams so it's possible this is what happened to her.

  3. I still think the murderer(s) were hiding on the property waiting for Alex to leave and are related to Alex owing money to cartel or some other group being that there has been a history of associations with trafficking through the properties and islands they owned on the coast of South Carolina, or even possibly some angry clients whose money was missing or related to the death threats Paul had been receiving. I still don’t see how it would be possible to completely rid your skin, Hair and nails of all human matter and gun shot residue from up close shootings and in a matter of an hour he supposedly threw a cell phone, hid clothing and weapons and completely cleaned all traces of residue and dna even though he spent the hour traveling 15 minutes both directions to his moms, waited outside 5 minutes for the caretaker to open up and 20 minutes laying with his mother and he was on business phone calls during the same hour. It’s just impossible to completely rid yourself of all traces of dna and residue in that little time especially with proof of all of the other things he was busy doing. The killings were also very brutal like a cartel style. He may even know who did it being that he said “they did him so bad” but too afraid to accuse them or implicate himself in trafficking.

  4. I couldn’t go on without my children right now she can’t feel anything but she will when they figure out the correct meds and she’s better.

  5. I'm different than all you all. Maggie was tightening the noose on Alex. He felt he needed to kill Maggie. She wanted/EXPECTED more and more money but alex, her husband let her down SO… HE KILLED HER!! SO EASY!

  6. Alex murdaugh being found guilty of murdering his wife because HE COULDN'T SATISFY HER FINANCIAL NEEDS!
BAD WAY TO GO DOWN NOT SUPPLYING HER WITH HER NEEDS!! MAGGIE JUST WANTED MORE AND MORE AND ALEX HAD "NO MORE" TO GIVE MAGGIE OR HER MONEY HABIT!

  7. The problem today is these kind of people even lie to the lawyers representing him. He is of the mind set to look successful not working to becoming successful. That’s how many adults act today and it finally hits the fan..

  8. Is it Alex Murdaugh, Alec Murdock, Ellic, or whatever else? I’m confused. I would think between friends, colleagues and the court attorneys, this guy’s name would get sorted out.

  9. The prosecution has offered absolutely no undisputed and strong evidence. What's the point of talking about casings laying near the bodies if they didn't come from the murder weapons? Unless you are trying to confuse the jury into believing that the cases are indeed the rounds that killed them. Even if it were Alex's voice on the video, the prosecution can't prove that they were killed minutes after. They are only saying that it's so, because the only circumstantial evidence they have , needs the murders to occur when they say it did.
And the motive is the absolute weakest and worst excuse for a motive I've ever heard. He killed his family to Garner sympathy for his financial crimes? Not life insurance, not because his wife may leave him and take everything, not a cheating spouse, but to get a little sympathy. That's crazy. Even the tarp, or Pancho had no blood or DNA on it, so what was the point in using it? Of course it had gun powder residue on it. Because people hunt and shoot in the rain, and need to stay dry.
There is absolutely nothing strong enough to convict Mr. Murdaugh, and plenty of reasonable doubt that's been raised. I do not like Mr. Murdaugh at all, but if I were a juror and had to decide, I would find him not guilty. The state has not proven it's case.

  10. The sad thing is his wife had to have known all this crime going on. There is just no way they had a great relationship. He’s a drug addict and financial criminal and expert BSer and constant liar. I think they put on a good show for everyone but no way could they have had a great relationship unless she was part of his crime life

  11. Once she killed one of those poor babies, she could have stopped. She could have thought omg what am I doing?! She didn't stop, she killed 2 more of her children. I'm sorry, but I don't feel sorry for her…

  12. We can dance around everything, everywhere. It still does not hold weight to the fact that he was at that kennel 4-5 min before both killings occurred, video proves his presence there.

If I was on that jury that is the nail in the coffin. Prosecutors need to drill that into the jurors heads- the timeline.

    Timeline:

Mother's house takes 10-13 min one way to get to/from his house
= 24-25 min appx round trip, 18-20 if your flying.
    Caregiver says he's @ his mom's house 20 min.
24+20= 48 min. he was gone from property.

Murders took place @ 8:49:50 pm. He called 911 10:06 pm.

= 76 min. from shootings to 911 call.

76-48= appx 28 min. of extra time not accounted for.

Could you wrap 2 guns up, put a towel on car seat to not transfer DNA, get back to the house shower quick, change clothes & grab your cell phone, hide guns outside somewhere, when getting out to the main hwy to drive to mom's house throw Maggie's cell phone out the window across the hwy. into the grass then call your wife's phone after booking it down the hwy a few miles away to show you are away from the location of the murders.

Can you do this in 25- 30 min. Yes or No. Guilty or Not Guilty.

    I say Guilty.

  13. I have experience with that after I have my second child I told my sister I need help and she took me to the hospital and I get my help is so bad about those kids if she never take the help is getting worse Im glad the my sister listen to me when I tell her the I don't want my second baby girl but but I tell her I'm in the situation like that today my daughter is 27 years old I have too beutiful grandchildren and I happy to get the help I need my husband help too immediately I stared suffer with that I'm so sorry for those children and she not get the help

  14. I’m positive this Lyndsay Clancy is a sociopath. Just because you have a nice home, good career and look good on paper doesn’t mean anything. Look at the smile in her pictures and how many people say she reminds them of the movie smile. Looking into her eyes she is so removed from her self. I can’t wait till a female inmate gets her, bet she won’t have that same blank stare then. This is a joke as some one who went through post partum and had no support. She is pure Evil.

  15. Lindsay Clancy QUESTIONS: Why is she void of emotion while hearing her timeline read out in court, knowing her babies are dead, realizing that she is a paraplegic… she didn't even budge. Why? Also, who is the guy in the courtroom, beside the TV monitor who seems to be distraught/constipated?

  16. I’m upset how a lot of people are defending the murderous mother because of the alleged “psychosis” she doesn’t even seem to have. All killers suffer from “mental illness” doesn’t matter how bad she had it, she still killed her kids. There are no excuses. I don’t even get why people are defending her? Cuz her facebook pics were cute and she was married to a nice guy??? Cuz she was a L&D nurse??? Any profession can kill, we know this already. I think the doomsday killer was more mentally ill than her and I don’t see anyone defending her for killing her kids… people are just touchy because is has to do with postpartum. Don’t care. I have had severe postpartum depression and have debilitating bipolar disorder for life. No excuses. I’m not buying it.

  17. Again, it is reasonable to conclude that someone else killed them as none of this explains how Alex could have even possibly in the course of one hour been able to kill two people with up close shots, and been able to clean every particle of dna and gun residue off his hair and skin, and spend an hour traveling and being at his moms house where he also did not shower. The former law partner said the crime scene was a disaster with human matter literally sprayed everywhere. The investigator said they were killed by up close gun shots. Alex’s skin and hair would have been covered in human matter and gun shot residue but he was not, not even the smallest amount was found anywhere on his skin or hair.

Remember people, he only had an hour. The caretaker confirmed that Alex visited his mother, he didn’t shower there, and it would have taken a whole lot of time and scrubbing to get all that off. He had a 15 minute drive to visit his mother, he spent 5 minutes outside moms house waiting for the caretaker to open up, he spent 20 minutes laying on his mothers bed, and a 15 minute drive back. That takes up the entire hour that he would have had to scrub off all dna and gun residue, which is impossible. It literally makes no sense. Investigators never found human matter, dna etc on him or in any sink or shower drains and never found gun shot residue anywhere other than on a jacket which would be normal for any clothing you have at a hunting farm or camp. Gun shot residue gets all over everything you take out to hunting camp because you are always firing weapons. Also, no one I have ever met washes their raincoat or other coats every time they wear them, so it is normal for gun powder to be inside of a jacket or raincoat from a hunting camp.

Again, none of this puts a weapon in his hand or means that he killed anyone. There are no murder weapons, no blood or human matter on his hair or skin, no finger prints on any of the shell casings, literally nothing that says for certain enough to convict a person of murder. There are also multiple other reasonable possibilities for someone wanting Paul and Maggie dead or wanting to harm Alex in some way. Remember, there are funds missing from so many clients, and there are many instances where angry clients have actually killed or attempted to kill their attorneys families, their attorneys, and their judges. Also remember that Paul had been getting death threats and Paul had recently been assaulted for killing the young girl in the DUI boating accident which was still ongoing and had not settled.

Alex was always very cooperative and gave them everything asked for. There are far too many unanswered questions, other people with motives to kill, and way too much speculation including the states investigator saying that it’s just as reasonable to conclude there were two shooters. It’s not unreasonable to think that because his son killed a young beautiful girl, that her country kin wanted Alex to suffer to the same fate, hid out on the property, waited for Alex to leave and killed them both. It is also not unreasonable to think that it could have been one of the angry clients whose money was missing, hid out on the property, waited for Alex to leave, and shot them after Alex left. The judge himself just recently said the state is relying heavily on circumstantial evidence.

With no murder weapons, no finger prints, no blood or gun powder anywhere in his hair or skin, very little time if any to clean any of that up since he did in fact travel to his mothers house which took the entire hour that he would have had to clean all of that up, angry clients with missing money, death threats and assault on Paul, and the state investigator saying it was reasonable to conclude it was two shooters, there is too much speculation, nothing that puts the gun in his hands, it doesn’t make any sense especially with that little time, and there very well could have also been someone who shot them who was hiding out on the property waiting for Alex to leave.

Remember, he also did not shower at his moms house during the hour he spent traveling there, being there and coming back, nor did he shower at his house as investigators found no evidence of that in the house, down the drains etc., where there would have been plenty of human matter to find.

  18. This fella you had on earlier this morning, Brian Silver, discussing some of his partners testimony Mr Crosby from yesterday. Is he watching the same trial I am? His partners didn’t know for certain about Murdaughs thievery until September’2021, 3 months AFTER the murders. Crosby was only aware on one possible theft, that of 193K, which Alex was working a case with another attorney Chris Wilson.Brian Silver doesn’t think Alex’s thefts was enough for him to kill his family. 🙄

  19. Professional scammers have tremendous charisma and charm. They appear to be willing to move earth and mountain, at victim’s service until they get what they want.
