Teen killer Aiden Fucci pleaded guilty Monday to the brutal murder of 13-year-old Tristyn Bailey in May 2021. The Florida teen’s mom now faces charges in the case for tampering with evidence when she allegedly washed her son’s bloody jeans after the stabbing. I don’t get why anyone is blaming the mom. I don’t even have any kids but if I did and I found out one of them committed murder, wrong or not I imagine I would be so terrified of losing them that I would do anything to help them

From what I see in the video it doesn't look like she even noticed the blood. The comments are off the wall honestly. Maybe she knew her son has issues but all the perfect parents here hopefully never have to deal with this type of thing ever.
How is mom not being charged with accessory after the fact? She got thirty days in jail and five years probation for tampering with evidence.
In the interrogation room footage she seemed pretty nonplussed by the whole event, and determined in her focus, which was coaching Aiden on how to avoid being caught.
Parents need to stop ignoring red flags and being in denial. Environmental factors don’t always play a role some people are just born psychotic

If Aiden Fucci mom was like other moms she would’ve asked what happened, are you bleeding or where did all this blood come from? not asking anything and just taking his bloody clothes and washing them. I think Crystal Smith should spend some time in prison as well for tampering with the evidence, says she was given thirty days in jail, I would’ve given her more, somewhere around 6 years, pretty harsh but she tried to cover up the murder.

Notice how the prosecutor speaks? He speaks as though she is immediately guilty. He calls her a terrible person and a terrible parent and that all 'bad' parents need to be held accountable. He says all of this without having reviewed the case, without having interviewed witnesses or read any reports. He condemns all parents unequivocally, without review, and bar none.
He's biased before the case begins. Now imagine you are falsely accused and he's going to prosecute you. Would you feel like his review of your case is going to be a fair and unbiased review of facts?
This is a great prosecuting attorney. If you want a conviction regardless, that is. If you want the truth to prevail, he's the worst person you could have. His county should vote him out.
