I have a special lack of empathy for these cases involving wealthy people killing each other. The dude already looks guilty of something.
Why doesnt he have any good lawyers
Defense wants this particular information because if the dna was obtained illegally or the process in which the dna was processed and we done illegally, the case could be be thrown out
How does one know he is guilty of such crime? His behavior. What kind of sane innocent person, who is being accused of 4 murders, just stand there with a blank look on their face?

It does not help Kohberger that he looks like a monster.
As of now, without giving the DNA tree over, seems like they picked BK as the killer and made the DNA show that. Give the defense what they request to leave no doubt whether he is guilty or innocence.
This shouldn't be an issue, they need to hand this evidence over now. Not a good look for the prosecution especially in a capital case.
