Pentecostal? Possibly subject was doing what is called “speaking in tongues.†From what I’m told, this can occur during worship where one reaches an “ecstasy†state where one is communicating with God. I was engaged to someone whose family member would do this, and said it was scary to witness. They would not appear to be aware of their surroundings, like hallucinating.

I wouldn't be able to sleep at night if I was on a jury that convicted someone for murder without any actually dna evidence. What's his motive ? He could have been attacked along with the victim. If he killed him then why would he stay their hanging around on the floor.

The room was being Painted…he said all furniture was placed in the middle of the room, with painters tarp on floor. ðŸ‘ÂðŸÂ¼
They were luck the killer did not keep the gun and used it when they arrived. Also, the legs were behind the dresser. Normally dressers are against a wall.
