13. I feel terrible for this girl being put in this position. And I’m not defending Mr. Anderson, but what I will say is just because somebody grows or smokes Marijuana does not make them a murderer. I don’t believe marijuana makes people kill people, so I’m not sure where this fits into the case. And for the record, I’m not a smoker.

The judge sounded rather plain when mentioning to the jury that they are to not hold the evidence of alleged maraijuana growing by the defendant… against him in regards to the judgement of murder. From the judge's tone to his choice of words at times, the judge gave an i.pressuon of which a juryember could conclude that his presentation of the matter would be different in the event he was actually worried and concerned for the defendant of which is in his courtroom. Perhaps even his initial reflexes in reacting to the sitiation… I'm trying to remember… , but indirect communications can distinctly seem to be telling at times.
