This offender should not only be charged for domestic violence against his wife, but he should also be charged for abuse against his daughter for smoking cigarettes in the house with the daughter in the house. I never blame victims but she made a CHOICE to be with him. She knew BEFORE she got with him that he was violent. And just willingly puts her child in harms way. Both of them are horrible people for different reasons.
