The lies- the tactics- hasn’t changed much, that’s what’s been discovered in my search- the tactics, misleading are intended to target a demographically ideally poorly understood location based on race and educational components, then introduce some misleading information or statements to promote to that demographic location information not true so the residents of that demographic community will make uninformed decisions in relation to the communities decisions.
