This guy sounded like the guy that was drunk and slid into a ditch and then called his attorney friend, Pam. He wouldn't comply without asking Pam if it was ok for him to. Refused breathalyzer and was arrested for refusing. He wanted a blood test and he got one downtown. 😂

People like this should not only have their license suspended indefinitely, but they should have a special mark put on their I.D. that bans them from drinking in bars.
