Airport Police Surprise Bam Margera With Ride to Shuttle After “Jackass” Star Booted From Plane

Brandon Cole “Bam” Margera is an American professional skateboarder, stunt performer, filmmaker, musician and television personality best known for his work on the MTV show Jackass.

On August 3, 2019, Margera was removed from a Southwest airlines flight following an altercation with an Atlanta airport police officer who told him he was too drunk to fly.

What happened next might surprise you. It sure surprised Bam.

Sequel: The following day, Margera posted a chain of videos on his Instagram account, publicly pleading for Dr. Phil’s help. He directed a lengthy public tirade towards his mother April Margera, wife Nikki Margera, and childhood friend Brandon Novak, candidly stating his relationship with his family is broken. Dr. Phil reciprocated Margera’s pleas the next morning, referring him to a treatment center following a one-on-one session.

  1. Change is enevidable , growth is optional…….. With bam the person he was made him famous rich successful….so non cognitively he doesn't have any reason to grow as a person ….

  2. Are airport police units considered a separate entity from the city PD? Or are they usually officers with the city PD and they are just "semi-permanently" assigned at the airport?

  3. Can't get off that drink… That's what happens when you sell your birthright for a bowl of soup I guess. The Bible says the eye has not seen not the ear heard, nor has entered into the heart of man the things that God has prepared for those who love him! No, not using the grace of God as a napkin to wipe their filthy mouths but for US, special in Christ who try and live up to his standards and obey him. We hear it Shepherd and we do follow his lead.

  4. how can a person "be too drunk too fly" unless they are completely unruly or just passed out beyond waking up? They serve drinks on the plane and I'm pretty sure that he was not going to be the one doing the flying.btw he did not seem drunk at all on this video.. What stewartess was having a bad day on that flight?

  5. I got to drive Sylvestor Statllone to his hotel a few miles away when he was shooting a movie in my city. We pretty much had small talk. He asked how I like being a cop, I told times likes its awesome, but other times it's challenging and he was just like 'I bet'. Dropped him off, he said he appreciated it and that was it. Never asked for a picture or anything because you know how many times he probably gets that day? I just wanted to be a normal guy who didn't put anyone on a pedestal and he appreciated it. Oh, and he was listening to the police radio in the car going off with shots fired and domestics going on and he was like he ' man, be safe'. It was a highlight of my career.

  6. Wasn’t removed from flight but removed from bar as it appears. Seems pretty sober even holding the door for others, walking cool and speaking without slurring. Think we missed something here

  7. Drunk in an airport is cool when your 20-30 Drunk in an airport at 40 is cool too until you draw attention to yourself.

  8. As someone who I looked up to when I was a teenager, his current life situation really makes me sad. Wish nothing but the best for him.
