If the guy committed an offense he would of been in cuffs, however, young black kid gets pulled over, vehicle tossed without owner consent, meaning it’s fruit from the poisonous tree, any and all evidence collected in his vehicle was illegally obtained which makes the arrest invalid and should get tossed somewhere down the road in Court.
