Nathan Stephens is into fitness and bluegrass. He doesn’t drink. But after a teenager backed into him in his neighborhood, a local cop with the Grayson (Kentucky) Police Department accuses him of being drunk – which he wasn’t. Nathan takes a breathalyzer test and passes. He blows a 0.00 – no alcohol in his system. He then performs the field sobriety tests and passes (which the officer admits). Yet somehow, Nathan still gets arrested for DUI and is taken to jail. How does that even happen?

Folks, get yourself a dashcam. Preferably one that records in front of your vehicle, behind your vehicle, and inside your vehicle. Because anybody can make up anything, and the cops will be happy to accept any story that lets them trample on your rights, and jam you up in legal proceedings. 🗣GET • A • DASHCAM.
GOODBYE, "officer" Bell. Chuckle about your qualified immunity as you lose it,and your home .
This is one of those times where the process is the punishment. The cop already mentioned qualified immunity and it indicates the cop's belief he will not face any accountability. This cop and his CO is just another example of why the trust in policing in the US is declining.
F all the little piggies
While Bells abusive behavior was unprofessional, unnecessarily agressive, and disgusting, his so called supervisors was worse. He not only failed to provide resonable suppervision of his subordinate, but actually appeared to encourage Bells bullying and unjustified aggression. And what was he so😂 surreptitiously puffing on?
Where was the investigation of the other driver and vehicle involved in the accident?
This cop obviously is wanting to take him in already and I’m only a few minutes into watching this
The cop caused more damage to the truck than the actual accident
This is why qualified immunity needs to be removed
Filing false reports or muting body cams should be criminally prosecutable
Cop also caused about 20hrs worth of body damage to that bedside panel
Field sobriety tests need to be banned nationwide, they are only a tool for the mevwr ending power trip of a useless bully. Breathalyzer, urine test, blood sample or even a hair test. Lets remove their ability to lie with impunity
@thecivilrightslawyer Where is the link to the rest of this?
"It's not brother, it's officer."
"No, it's brother. Your rank in your department means absolutely nothing to me. I've broken no laws, so in fact your rank to me is public servant, if you want to be technical, public servant."
He upset this d bag cops ego somehow.
That’s all that happened.
And then his power trip began.
I just started watching this and I know the police department let him resign before they fired him right?
Both of these cops need to be in jail for life.
This type of behavior will be less and less but only when we completely abolish Qualified Immunity for all of the Government Employees and hold them accountable.
He’s acting very erratic while he’s sitting on the truck very calmly and drinking a soda yeah OK nice of you to spit out that you have qualified immunity too like it’s a weapon
thumb down for being a grifter and not finishing the whole plot
"Its not beither, its officer" i dont give a fuck, i can call you whatever the fuck i want.
Cops sure are stupid!!!
I'm convinced that the purpose of FSTs is just so they can say it wasn't alcohol that imoared you.
Every false arrest needs to be a kidnapping charge.
