  1. Sometimes I don’t get the charges, she elbowed the officer would that not be considered resisting with violence if she’s using violence to resist..? I mean is there a threshold of violence it has to reach to be considered that or is it a situation where it was an accessory to the crime not the mastermind or whatever n after the officers chilled out a bit they decide to go with the lesser charge n not screw someone as bad as they could? Feels like it’s entirely just the latter option cause I’ve seen a lot of resisting without violence in these videos where they literally kick the cop or something but it’s like well we got him on DUI, possession of meth n reckless this charge don’t matter 😂

  2. It seems like the louder someone proclaims their knowledge of the rights, the less they actually know said rights. I live in a state in which recreational use of weed is legal. As a former heavy smoker i can say that users have no idea how intense the smell is. People that smoke weed get so nose blind to the smell that they can smell like a grow opp and not know it.

  3. Why do some people act like these two? Instant gratification without anything in return. Politicians promoting such attitudes of "DEI help giving them the idea that if you use the right language – I know my rights – and defund the police makes it ok for them to grab what they want. Recreational habits don't help either – illusions and scrupulous behaviors and actions are all part of it.

  4. I believe if fools and wannabe gangsters of all creeds were to stop watching 'experts' on social media who advise on how to interact with lawful orders, crime rates would plummet.
Just be cool. These police want to go home alive. Stupid sh*t that turns into to escalated sh*t by acting entitled is counterproductive to getting on your way, which leaves the officer to address yet another potentially life ending encounter with a fellow 'knower of my rights' wannabe lawyer. Just f*ckin' be cool, already. 😎

  5. That female officer dawn useless. no nonsense cop " have you read her Miranda rights " officer dawn " no I've just been talking with her explaining what's going on. aka wasting time.

  6. I like the cop being direct. Asks the suspect twice and done, no games. Too many cops engage with “im gonna ask you 50th time” nonsense. If you’re suspected for driving under influence, you either provide the ID, pass the DUI test and walk free – or you don’t and go in handcuffs until your identity is established.
