Does anybody else find it funny every cop knows Pennsylvania vs Mimms but none of them know anything else that should be clearly established? Like you can't arrest a guy for walking down the street with cell phone, recording things his eyes can see? I just think that's weird. Is that all they teach in the academy these days, PA v Mimms?
I really cannot even watch these videos anymore. I physically could not have any less respect for police and don’t have a place to put more lack of respect for them. It is like “yes, i know they are all pieces of shit! Let me know when something changes.”

Of course, when a perp starts off with negative attitude, as we are all humans with emotional realities, the cops respond accordingly! Why do people still have tinted windows? I do my best to make sure my car is 100% compliant with the traffic laws, so I don't have to speak to any pigs unless it's an unlawful stop! Tinted windows is just giving them a reason…

Cops need to be educated about Mimms. It's not as simple as 'because the cop said to get out of the vehicle it's a legal lawful order.' There has to be articulable reason, such as the cop has reason to believe the driver may be armed and poses a potential threat.
Man if we could do what we should be able to do per the Constitution these people wouldn't be so quick to be hands on and aggressive

Show me your papers! Police cause a jam at a stop sign then hassle people trying to get around said jam. If the guy drives through the parking lot, then the cop pulls him over for cutting through said lot. Ah the old "window tint", when they have no other valid reason to pull you over.
