28 thoughts on “Cop Goes INSANE and ARRESTS a Woman Over a Speeding Ticket

  1. I don't agree that she wasn't given a meaningful opportunity to comply. She was asked for ID and was given 18 seconds to comply before being ordered out of the car. She was given 40 seconds to get out of the car after being ordered, and she physically resisted by grabbing the officer's arm. She was given 16 seconds to comply after being ordered to walk back to the car and again physically resisted.

She completely understood what was happening, and was given enough time for it to be clear that she wasn't taking time to process the orders, she was actively trying to delay and resist as much as possible.

  2. maybe dont try and hold court while an officer asks for ID (which you're required to provide) and you wont be arrested? the cop in my opinion did nothing wrong, SHE turned it into something bigger. you can't refuse to id because you dont think you were speeding, take the ticket to court! common sense is not common

  3. Totally unsuitable for the job and a danger to the public he's supposed to 'serve and protect'. I hope this 'officer' is sacked before he does something more serious.

  4. I'm not going to defend the early taser threat, though it did bring about the intended result of compliance rather quickly. Setting that aside, my hot take is that this officer did in two minutes what would have otherwise been stretched out to twenty. In so many other similar videos, this same process plays out the exact same way over a longer period of time. Multiple, direct requests for documentation is ignored. Demand to see proof despite the cop not being obligated to do so – court isn't held on the road. Multiple, clear requests for her to exit the vehicle are also ignored. Any pulling away during an attempt to handcuff a suspect very often ends up with them being put on the ground. It seems like most of ATA's grade for the officer comes from a lack of the over-abundance of patience that end up being the most frustrating part of these sorts of stops. Only after they cross the line that ends an officer's patience do they claim they will then comply with the officer's lawful order. The officer probably could have repeated his request another dozen times, and they still would have ended up in the exact same spot.

  5. Gang mentality all those big dudes and no one shows digression or humanity idc how can they treat someone like that if you did that to your wife you'd be in jail and be labeled an abuser smh no way these guys should be law enforcement

  6. The grades this channel gives never make sense to me.

In this one both cop and citizen get a passing grade when one of them broke the law. Either the cop broke the law using excessive force or the citizen broke the law resisting arrest. They both don't deserve a passing grade for that.

To me a driver gets an A if they manage to keep their mouth shut and end the stop quickly. Trying to argue the issue at the stop is D student stuff.

The cop gets an A if they calm situations down and minimize the violence needed to do so. In this one I would give the cop a D because he didn't seem to say or do anything that would calm the situation down instead his words, tone and orders increased the tension and caused more problems.

  7. In case that cop (or even all these cops) is married or has a girlfriend, i'd suggest a welfare check on her… on a daily basis. I can’t imagine this guy being in a relationship with a woman that isn’t controlling or abusive toward her.
